Sunny Shores Home Owners Association (SSHOA) is a not-for-profit "social club" organization that pertains to the Clubhouse and grounds. There is NO Association office or personnel. SSHOA has volunteer Board members and committees. Our Association includes the Sunny Shores and Sagamore Estates neighborhoods.
This neighborhood is not a trailer park. All property is land owned (individual owners). Annual association membership is $80.00 per property and is requested to assist in the upkeep of the Clubhouse and grounds as well as park clubs, organizations and activities.
